1. Who we are

Nearably, LLC ("Nearably", "we") builds and hosts websites for local service businesses. Postal address: Nearably, LLC · 2810 North Church Street, STE 88732 · Wilmington, DE 19802, USA. Contact: hello​(at)​nearably.com.

2. Information we collect

• Website visitors: Our servers and our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, used for security and to operate the service. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking, and we do not sell personal information.
• Preview pages: When a preview link or code from one of our letters is opened, we record that the code was used and when. This tells us the letter arrived.
• Customers: When you subscribe, our payment processor Stripe collects your name, business name, billing address, phone number, email, and payment details. We receive everything except your full payment details, which Stripe stores. Stripe’s privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy.
• Business information on preview sites: Preview websites are assembled from publicly available business information (such as your listing details, published hours, and public customer reviews). If you would like a preview of your business removed, email us and we will take it down promptly.

3. How we use information

To provide and improve the service, to communicate with you about your website and subscription, to comply with legal obligations, and to prevent abuse. We send service emails (confirmations, renewal reminders); we do not send marketing newsletters.

4. Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run Nearably — currently Cloudflare (hosting/CDN), Stripe (payments), Google Workspace (email), and Airtable (records) — each bound by their own terms, and with authorities where required by law. We do not sell or rent personal information.

5. Retention & your choices

Customer records are kept for as long as you have an active subscription and as required for tax and accounting. You can request a copy or deletion of your personal information at hello​(at)​nearably.com; we will respond within 30 days. Residents of certain states (e.g. California) may have additional rights under local law, which we honor on request.

6. Changes

We may update this policy; the current version always lives at nearably.com/privacy.
